There is Fixup on the Mac

It's in /Applications/Notes.app/Contents/MacOS/Support/NotesFixup

I run it from a Terminal window.

First, set DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH to /Applications/Notes.app/Contents/MacOS.

If you're using csh or tcsh use:
      setenv DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH /Applications/Notes.app/Contents/MacOS

if you're using bash, use:
      export DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH /Applications/Notes.app/Contents/MacOS
Then:
      cd /Applications/Notes.app/Contents/MacOS
      NotesFixup
This assumes you have Notes installed in your /Applications folder.
